Account & Registration

Deposits & Payments

Log in to your luckypkr account and go to the Cashier or Deposit section. Select your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the amount in PKR you want to deposit, follow the on-screen instructions for your chosen method, and confirm. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically appear within 30 seconds. IBFT transfers can take up to 30 minutes during banking hours. If your deposit has not appeared after the expected timeframe: first, confirm the transaction was successful on your payment app. Then check your luckypkr transaction history in your account. If the amount is confirmed as sent but not credited, contact luckypkr support at support@luckypkr.biz with your transaction reference number — our team will resolve it, usually within a few hours.
Withdrawals

Log in to your luckypkr account, go to Cashier > Withdraw, enter the amount you want to withdraw in PKR, and select your payment method. Withdrawals must go to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically process within 5 minutes. IBFT bank transfers complete within 2 hours on business days. Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC (identity verification).

The minimum withdrawal amount at luckypkr is Rs 500. This applies across all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, IBFT, and card withdrawals. There is no fee charged by luckypkr for standard withdrawals — the amount you request is the amount you receive, subject to your payment provider's own handling processes.

Most luckypkr withdrawals are completed within the stated timeframes. Delays can occur if: your KYC verification is not yet complete (required for first withdrawals), the withdrawal amount triggers a manual security review, there is an active wagering requirement on a bonus, or your payment provider is experiencing an outage. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than 4 hours with no update, contact luckypkr support at support@luckypkr.biz with your transaction reference.

Withdrawal requests at luckypkr can typically be cancelled while they are in Pending status — before they have been processed and dispatched to your payment provider. Once a withdrawal moves to Processing or Completed status, it cannot be reversed. To cancel a pending withdrawal, go to your transaction history, find the pending withdrawal, and select Cancel if the option is available. Contact support immediately if you cannot find the cancel option.
