Terms and Conditions — LuckyPKR Online Casino & Betting Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings set out below when used throughout this document:

• "LuckyPKR" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the luckypkr platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities responsible for providing the services described on this website.
• "You" / "player" / "user" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any service provided by luckypkr.
• "Account" — means the registered player account that gives a user access to luckypkr's gaming, betting, and financial services.
• "Balance" — means the total PKR funds available in your luckypkr account at any given time, including both real-money deposits and qualifying bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — means any credits awarded to your account through a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload bonus, or any other marketing mechanism operated by luckypkr.
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet in qualifying games before it and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• "PKR" — means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on luckypkr.

To access luckypkr's real-money services, you must create a registered account. Registration at luckypkr is subject to the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. LuckyPKR does not knowingly provide services to anyone under this age.
• You are permitted to hold only one account at luckypkr. Any player found to have opened multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — will have all accounts suspended and all balances forfeited permanently.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your password. LuckyPKR will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your login details.
• Account registration is not available to residents of jurisdictions where access to luckypkr's services is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify whether using luckypkr is lawful in your location.
• LuckyPKR reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

LuckyPKR may require you to verify your identity at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary by our compliance team. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

• Verification documents may include a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other acceptable identification as specified by our support team.
• Proof of address may be required in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document issued within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method may be required to confirm that the deposit method is genuinely owned by the account holder.
• LuckyPKR reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification documents have been received and approved. We aim to process verification requests within 48 hours of receiving all required documents.
• Submitting forged, altered, or otherwise fraudulent documents is a criminal matter and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

All financial transactions at luckypkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit at luckypkr is Rs 100. There is no upper limit on deposits, subject to your chosen payment method's own limits.
• Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your account within 30 seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank IBFT deposits are typically confirmed within 30 minutes during banking hours. Transfers initiated outside normal banking hours may take longer.
• LuckyPKR does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are entirely outside luckypkr's control.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned if identified.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal at luckypkr is Rs 500. Your account must contain sufficient real-money balance to meet this threshold.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals are completed within two hours on business days.
• LuckyPKR reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is large or the account has not previously been verified.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that matches the one used for the most recent deposit, or to an account registered in your own name.
• Any balance remaining in an account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

LuckyPKR offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. Every bonus at luckypkr is subject to terms, and players should read those terms before accepting any offer.

• All bonuses have a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement on luckypkr welcome bonuses is 20× the bonus amount, meaning a Rs 1,000 bonus must be wagered Rs 20,000 in qualifying games before it becomes withdrawable.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. When you place a bet, real-money funds are used first. Bonus funds are used only once the real-money balance is depleted.
• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Crash games and slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Sports betting contributions may vary — details are stated on each offer.
• Bonuses are issued for personal entertainment only. Using multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms, or coordinating with others to abuse bonus mechanics will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.
• LuckyPKR reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any bonus at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses that have already been accepted and are being actively wagered will not be withdrawn mid-progress without explanation.
• Each promotional offer is available once per player and once per household unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times via different accounts are treated as a breach of these terms.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted at luckypkr:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. LuckyPKR cannot cancel or reverse a bet that has been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases of a demonstrable system error.
• In the event of a technical fault, power outage, or communication failure during a game round, luckypkr will make a reasonable determination of the outcome based on the available data and game state at the time of the fault. Our decision in such cases is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. Current limits are displayed within each game interface. LuckyPKR reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Where luckypkr identifies an obvious error in game pricing, odds, or payout calculation — whether caused by technical fault or human error — we reserve the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant competition as determined by the governing body. LuckyPKR uses official sources for result confirmation and does not rely on third-party score services for final settlement.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds available at the time the bet is confirmed by the system, not the odds displayed at the moment you clicked. Where connection delays cause a significant discrepancy, luckypkr reserves the right to void the bet.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at luckypkr and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, access games, or interact with any part of the luckypkr platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games or multiplayer formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended system behaviours to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained this way will be forfeited.
• Money laundering or using luckypkr as a vehicle to process funds obtained through illegal activity. All suspicious activity is reported to relevant authorities in accordance with our legal obligations.
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment dispute with your bank or payment provider while still holding funds derived from the disputed deposit in your luckypkr account.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at luckypkr staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material fact in your dealings with luckypkr.

All content on the luckypkr platform — including but not limited to the website design, game interfaces, logos, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of luckypkr or its licensed partners.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any luckypkr content without prior written permission.
• You may not use any luckypkr branding, trademarks, or service marks in any way that could create confusion, suggest affiliation, or imply endorsement.
• Accessing game code, extracting game data, or reverse-engineering any part of the luckypkr platform is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

LuckyPKR reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of luckypkr for illegal purposes.
• Use of multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward luckypkr staff or other players.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months, following notice to the registered contact details.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, luckypkr reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, or where the account is closed at the player's own request, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

LuckyPKR is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to every account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your luckypkr account. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an automatic notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from luckypkr for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, your account is inaccessible for gaming but remains open for withdrawal purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from luckypkr. This is irrevocable for a minimum of 12 months and is processed within 24 hours of your request. During self-exclusion, luckypkr will not send you any promotional communications.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckypkr's liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims is limited to the value of your real-money account balance at the time the claim arises.

• LuckyPKR is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress arising from the use of our platform.
• LuckyPKR is not responsible for any loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment processor failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
• LuckyPKR provides its gaming and betting services on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.
• Gambling inherently involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money at luckypkr and that luckypkr is not responsible for your gaming decisions or their financial consequences.

LuckyPKR collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering at luckypkr, you consent to the data practices described in that document.

• We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process your transactions, and comply with our legal obligations.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• We may share your data with identity verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law or our operational needs.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by luckypkr, subject to our legal retention obligations.

LuckyPKR reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Notify registered players via email to their registered address, where the change materially affects their rights or obligations.
• Display a notice on the luckypkr platform for a reasonable period following the change.

Your continued use of luckypkr following notification of a change to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using luckypkr and may request closure of your account.
